About the Role

As a Band 4 Emergency Department Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in navigating patient pathways, assisting in the movement and flow of patients, and helping to maintain safety and performance standards. You will work closely with a variety of staff members, including clinicians and administrators, to ensure that patients receive seamless and coordinated care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clinical and administrative teams in delivering patient care
  • Navigating patient pathways to ensure safe and effective care
  • Assisting in the movement and flow of patients through the department
  • Maintaining safety and performance standards
