Band 6 Stroke Occupational Therapy Role

Main Responsibilities:
- To assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- To work closely with community teams to ensure seamless transition of care.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience working as a band 5 Occupational Therapist (minimum 18 months).
- Previous experience of working in the UK or a similar health economy.
- Post registration courses completed in relevant topics cognition.
Salary: £40,419 - £54,621 per annum (pro rata), plus High Cost Area Supplement of 15% (£6,062 - £8,172 per annum).
