Job Summary

Are you passionate about community working and rehabilitation? Do you have experience in neurological conditions? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Service team.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with complex neurological diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, specialist nurses, and other professionals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist (minimum 18 months)
  • Post-registration courses completed in relevant topics, cognition
  • Ability to travel efficiently throughout the area
  • Flexible approach to work
