- Providing expert clinical guidance and supervision to junior staff members.
- Developing and implementing occupational therapy services across the ARCCS team.
- Contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs aimed at improving patient outcomes.
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
A strong background in respiratory care, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in critical care and surgery, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
