Customer Feedback Analyst Lead

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
