We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Feedback Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Feedback Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting complaint handlers, managing the enquiries inbox, investigating and responding to complaints, and delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role:- Supporting complaint handlers by providing advice and guidance
- Managing the enquiries inbox and responding to customer queries
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
The estimated salary for this role is £17 per hour. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer service and strong organisational skills.
