Project Coordinator for Customer Feedback Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator for Customer Feedback to join our team at Methods. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational projects across multiple European subsidiaries.

About the Role:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • C coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation reviews enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operational projects for the Samsung Reviews Program.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Evaluate and optimize project processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments.
  • Strong understanding of UGC principles, community management, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
