**About the Role:**

As a Clinical Governance Specialist Leader, you will play a key role in providing professional leadership and governance of psychological services across the Care Group. This involves leading on service development specifically related to psychological services and practice, including the implementation of national and local strategies and policies.

You will also work with the Care Group Leadership team and operational managers to identify new business opportunities and support the development of new service models for the delivery of new business relevant to psychological practice.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level training or equivalent in a psychological profession, with significant post-qualifying experience working as a highly specialised Applied Psychologist/Child Psychotherapist/Family Therapist across a range of health / social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level clinical expertise for clinicians delivering psychological services across the Care Group.
  • Lead on service development specifically related to psychological services and practice.
  • Support effective workforce planning for psychological services and practice.
  • Work with the Care Group Leadership team and operational managers to identify new business opportunities.
