To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess a deep understanding of psychological services and practice, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for improving service delivery.

A doctoral level qualification in a psychological profession is essential, along with significant post-qualifying experience working as an Applied Psychologist or Child Psychotherapist. A leadership development qualification or training is desirable.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
