About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Documentation Specialist to join our Health Records Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and retrieval of medical records in accordance with Trust policies and procedures
  • Scanning of clinical information to the Trust's Electronic Document Management System
  • Production of individual clinic sheets for patients attending Outpatient Clinic appointments
  • Analysis and identification of trends in medical record usage

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and to develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $30,000 per annum, reflecting their skills and experience.
