Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Take on a new challenge as a Clinical Assessor with Donard Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to utilise their existing clinical knowledge and expertise in a hybrid working environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Assessor, you will provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Governments disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user. The role involves delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
Requirements- Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years post-qualification experience.
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
This role offers a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500* plus a 5% retention bonus rising to 10% quality & retention bonus*. Other benefits include OTE: £45,650*, hybrid full-time and part-time working hours, training options, 25 days' holidays per annum, company laptop and mobile phone, access to health and wellbeing programmes, employee network groups, and more.
