About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Residential Care Team Member to join our team in a residential care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and autonomy are respected.
  • Participate in activities and events designed to engage residents and promote a sense of community, such as arts and crafts, music therapy, and exercise classes.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records of resident care and activity plans, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, prioritizing residents' needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social care).
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a residential care setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check and registration on the update service.
  • Valid mandatory training certificates (e.g., moving and handling).
  • 2 years of professional referencing.
