The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Wellbeing: Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety.
- Leadership and Supervision: Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
- Care Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent (mandatory).
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Night Shift Allowance: £60 compensation per sleeping night.
- Rotational Schedule: Rotational schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
