About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Home Support Worker in a residential care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Participate in activities to engage residents and promote a sense of community.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and activity plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social care).
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a residential care setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check and registration on the update service.
  • Valid mandatory training certificates (e.g., moving and handling).
  • 2 years of professional referencing.
