Salary: £14.40 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of community carers. As a care worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Making visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
  • Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
  • Providing personal care, such as washing and showering
  • Cooking and serving meals and drinks
  • Administering medications
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks
  • Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A full UK driving license
  • High personal values that align with our own and those of our colleagues
  • A professional approach to completing our training and ongoing development
