The Role
This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of our residential home.
- Assist children with their care plans, development, and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and create a nurturing environment.
Requirements
- A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent is mandatory.
- Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Salary and Benefits
- Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience.
- £60 per night compensation for sleeping shifts.
- A rotational schedule of 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
