We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Professional to join our team at Premier Community. As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Make regular visits to clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
- Support clients with personal care tasks such as washing and showering, cooking and serving meals, and administering medication
- Assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship
- Record visits and progress using our digital care planning system
- Full UK driving license
- High personal values and a professional approach to caring for others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.40-£16.00 per hour (contact time)
- Pay on demand through our app
- Contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings
- Travel expenses paid at 30p per mile
