Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. This role involves leading and supporting our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist children with their care plans, development, and safety.
  2. Lead, mentor, and supervise other support staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and create a nurturing environment.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • A rotational schedule with 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
  • A competitive night shift allowance of £60 per sleeping night.
