Behaviour Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be working in a secondary school near Lancaster to support students who require additional support due to challenging behaviour. This role involves working with students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis, providing individualised support and strategies to help them overcome their challenges.
Job Details- Salary: Estimated minimum £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 8:30am-4pm (term time only)
- Contract Type: Full-time, temporary position
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Right to Work in the UK, an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate, and provide two professional references.
