We are seeking a skilled Housing Needs Specialist to join our team in Lancashire. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee a caseload of adult males in either a custodial or community environment, working closely with probation practitioners to identify and address their specific housing needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create customized accommodation plans through a series of agreed interventions.
