Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at Red 5 People. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily living support to an active, happy, young lady with special needs.

The successful candidate will live in a staff bedroom provided on-site and will be required to assist with various tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the client's physical and emotional well-being is maintained.
  • Prepare and serve daily meals, considering the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
