Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Williamson Court, Lancaster. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling residents to live independently and actively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide light domestic duties to support residents' daily needs
- Coordinate resident activities and events to promote social interaction and community engagement
- Assist with appointments and shopping to ensure residents' independence
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a UK health and social care role
- Passion for working with older adults and dedication to exceptional service
- Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach to supporting residents' wellbeing
- Estimated salary: £24,780 per annum (£12.39 per hour)
- 20 hours per week, with potential evening and weekend shifts as arranged with the manager
