A SEN school with specialist knowledge and resources is seeking a full-time Specialist Support Worker to join their complex needs team.

The school meets the needs of pupils aged 11-18 years old with severe learning difficulties and complex needs, including Autism and ADHD. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for each pupil.

This role requires someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and can build strong relationships with both students and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To provide high-quality support to pupils with complex needs in the classroom and beyond.
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to regular reviews.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., special education, psychology).
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
