Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant ASC to join our team at a specialist school near Lancaster. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) reach their full potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with ASC, promoting social interaction and inclusion
- Assisting teaching staff in lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials to meet individual needs
- Developing and implementing behavioral strategies to support students with challenging behaviors
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting interventions as needed

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £100 per hour, paid on a full-time basis for a temporary/ongoing contract. Additionally, you will have access to free, accredited continued professional development courses, including safeguarding and behavior management, as well as the opportunity to work closely with our in-house Training and Development Team.
