Inclusion Specialist Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Headteacher to lead our specialist provision serving young people aged 8-17 in Lancashire. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective school leadership, experience in SEMH or specialist provision, and a deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, attachment disorders, and trauma.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will collaborate with the Headteacher and other leaders to develop and implement strategies that support student well-being and academic success. You will also oversee staff professional development, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality education and care.
Key responsibilities include leading teaching and support staff, developing strategies to support students with SEMH, Autism, and trauma, and working closely with families and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience), a supportive and nurturing learning environment, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
