Autism Teaching Assistant Role in Lancaster

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Autism Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lancaster. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with ASD
- Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs, promoting independence and confidence
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting back to teachers and parents
