Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted in Lancaster

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team of over 15 TAs at a mixed SEN School in Lancaster.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, previous experience working with autism, and the ability to support pupils with a range of SEN needs.
Responsibilities will include supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality support to our students.
The school is located in Lancaster, offering excellent public transport links and plenty of free parking. We pride ourselves on our outstanding facilities, including a multi-sensory room, therapy room, and outdoor area offering an outdoor classroom.
This temporary to permanent contract offers a competitive salary of £90-£117.89 per day, depending on experience.
