Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational support to our pupils.

You will be responsible for working closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions and develop tailored support plans for individual pupils.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to designated pupils.
  • Establishing positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
  • Managing challenging behaviour and developing strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Supporting the development of pupil's social, emotional, and academic skills.
