Job Overview

This role is part of our UK-based project, requiring a skilled HR professional to manage people management agendas for Operations & Support Functions. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless integration and execution of various HR functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure the project is adequately resourced.
  2. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of staff, ensuring smooth transitions.
  3. Manage global mobility processes, including immigration and permitting with identified agents.
  4. Execute P&C processes to maintain consistency and compliance.
  5. Oversee workload distribution to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
  6. Promote employee well-being through various initiatives and support mechanisms.
  7. Provide operational support to managers in performance, talent, and engagement management.
  8. Act as a business partner to provoke positive changes in people management and support managers in mitigating HR risks.
  9. Lead performance and talent management initiatives to foster employee development.
  10. Identify talents and build succession plans to ensure business continuity.
  11. Collaborate with HRBPs to roll out performance, learning, and development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably HR related).
  • Years of HRBP experience.
  • Knowledge on Labor laws, HR management methods, and tools. International Management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, analyzing, and influencing people). Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
