About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Business Partner to join our team at First Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering a major clean energy project on Teesside.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the people management agenda, ensuring seamless integration and execution of various HR functions. This includes developing and implementing staffing plans, managing global mobility processes, and executing P&C processes.
