As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Neurodevelopment Assessment Team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with neurodevelopment conditions and their families.
Key Accountabilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for children and young people with neurodevelopment conditions
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Engage with service users, their families, and carers to understand their needs and concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures

Essential Requirements- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN)
- Postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people with complex needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
