  • To maintain accurate records, participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. ">
  • To engage with patients, families, and carers, promoting open communication, empathy, and understanding. ">
  • To stay updated with best practices, industry developments, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes. ">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • NMC registration and relevant qualifications in nursing. ">
  • Previous experience working in a surgical ward or similar environment. ">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. ">
  • A flexible and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. ">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, buy and sell flexi-leave options, private pension scheme with employer matching, and free parking on site.
