Care Manager for Young People

Transform the lives of young people by joining The Cambian Group as a Registered Manager in Middlesbrough.
The role is based in two solo homes, both with a Good Ofsted Rating. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of care.
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to children in residential homes across the UK. The Cambian Group is committed to promoting the welfare of young people and providing them with an extraordinary day every day.
The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a welcome bonus of £5,000 pending a successful fit persons interview.
As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our Management Development Training Programme and Leadership Academy.
The essential requirements for this position include at least 2 years' experience in a related field, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent, and a full UK driving license.
