Business Partner for Operations

We are looking for a skilled HR and Payroll Business Partner to join our team at First Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the people management agenda for a major clean energy project in the UK.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing staffing plans, managing global mobility processes, and executing P&C processes. You will also provide operational support to managers in performance, talent, and engagement management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field, strong planning and organizational skills, and knowledge of Labour laws and HR management methods. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the location and the company's need for a dedicated professional to manage the people management agenda.
