Accounts Assistant Booking Clerk

As a Financial Services Coordinator at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd, you will play a vital role in assisting the Finance Manager with all aspects of financial processes. You will be responsible for liaising closely with the Business Administration Manager/Team Leader to ensure seamless operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will also possess outstanding professional customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous experience working in a hospital setting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial processes
- Liaise closely with the Business Administration Manager/Team Leader
- Completion of relevant financial reports as required
- Timely response to all requests for information
- Escalate identified issues to the Finance Manager in a timely manner
- Recording of receipts and payments on accounting software
- Posting of cash to customer accounts and undertaking credit control
- Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy prior to manager approval
- Preparation of sales invoices
- Administration of petty cash and customer payments
