We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Assistant Booking Clerk to join our finance team at Ramsay Health Care UK.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hospital setting and possess excellent professional customer service and inter-personal skills. They will also have a friendly, outgoing personality and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn additional software.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial processes.
  • Liaise closely with the Business Administration Manager/Team Leader.
  • Prepare daily bankings and patient billing.
  • Complete relevant financial reports as required.
  • Timely response to all requests for information.
  • Escalate identified issues to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.
  • Record receipt and payments on accounting software.
  • Post cash to customer accounts and undertake credit control.
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy prior to manager approval.
  • Prepare sales invoices.
  • Administer petty cash and customer payments.

Salary: £22,500 - £27,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
