We are seeking an accomplished Business Operations Coordinator to join our client's team in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Managing sales transactions and maintaining financial records
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and email management
  • Preparing customer invoices and developing strong client relationships
Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior experience with accounting software, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Working Arrangements

This role requires a regular working week of 35 hours, from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, at an hourly rate of £12.
