Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an accomplished Business Operations Coordinator to join our client's team in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire.
About Our ClientOur client is a family-run business with over 50 years of experience in the motor trade.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
- Managing sales transactions and maintaining financial records
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and email management
- Preparing customer invoices and developing strong client relationships
The successful candidate will have prior experience with accounting software, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Working ArrangementsThis role requires a regular working week of 35 hours, from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, at an hourly rate of £12.
