Mental Health Support Role
Suffolk Mind is a registered charity dedicated to improving mental health outcomes in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team and deliver high-quality support services to individuals with mental health needs.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans, focusing on helping individuals to manage their mental health, engage in activities, and build meaningful relationships. Your expertise will enable individuals to gain confidence and independence, and reach their full potential.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of mental health issues and related policies. A background in social care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We encourage applications from individuals with relevant experience or a passion for making a difference in mental health.

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, plus up to £65 per sleep-in shift (once passed probation). Benefits include 25 days holiday per year, rising to 30 days with length of service, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
