We are seeking a dedicated and positive individual to join our team in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our service operates 24/7 and consists of 17 houses in Cambridge to provide practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, solution-focused, dynamic, and have a genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing a high level of customer care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
