Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 119, specializing in the MedSurg 4 West unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a current MA RN license, AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification, and 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, with telemetry experience preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is estimated at $100,000, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, eligible employees may be eligible for a retention bonus of $10,000 after a minimum of two years of employment.
