Nursing and Care Professional Wanted

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an outstanding care home based in the Cambridge area.
The successful candidate will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, delivering person-centred care to adults aged 65+, including those living with dementia and those with nursing needs.
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of care staff, creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.
Key requirements include being qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin and having the ability to lead a team of care staff, deliver great care, and support residents and their families.
In return, the successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £51,708 per annum (£22.60 per hour) and enjoy various benefits, including enhanced pay on bank holidays, 28 days' holiday, annual NMC Pin subscription paid, and DBS Certificate paid for.
