About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to patients across a variety of settings. This position requires advanced clinical judgment, decision-making, and leadership in providing healthcare services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations, history taking, and diagnostic testing.
  2. Counsel patients on preventative health, lifestyle modifications, and wellness practices.
  3. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients addressing their concerns and promoting mental health as part of holistic care.
  4. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  5. Develop clinical protocols, guidelines, and policies.


To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing, or equivalent advanced clinical qualification, and significant experience (typically 3+ years) in a clinical nursing role, with a focus on primary care.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
