Job Title: Early Years Practitioner in Child Care
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a high-quality nursery school near Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional early years care and education, promoting the best possible outcomes for our students.

Main Duties:
  1. To develop and implement effective planning to meet the individual needs of all children under our care, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
  2. To create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  3. To work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  4. To contribute to the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our students.
  5. To support the development of cultural awareness and understanding within the nursery, fostering a sense of community and respect for diversity.
