Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to adults in the community.
Job Summary:
- Deliver interventions, advice, and support to service users via telephone and face-to-face crisis assessments.
- Ensure service users receive appropriate care and treatment following triage and assessment.
- Refer to relevant mental health provision or signpost to other services as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Offer first response face-to-face crisis assessments in various settings.
- Deliver intensive community-based treatment/support services as an alternative to in-patient admission.
- Provide brief interventions or pathway planning for service users.
- Coordinate activities with other professionals and agencies to deliver effective care.
Requirements:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience within a CMHT or community mental health environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26 per hour umbrella days, paid bi-weekly through our trusted payment system. Additionally, you will have access to market knowledge, advice, and knowledge sharing on market trends and opportunities.
