Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Rampton Hospital, providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current mental health legislation, experience working with individuals with mental health issues or personality disorders, and knowledge of clinical risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with diverse needs, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, promoting patient-centered care and recovery-focused interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
