About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Solutions Associate to join our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to clients, building relationships with our experts, and working with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts to grow GLG's network
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients working within a specialized team
  • Leverage GLG's network to match experts with clients based on client needs
  • Daily interaction with GLG's experts to qualify profiles and ensure exact fit for client projects
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience
  • Enhance knowledge of clients by building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable client services skills with owned relationships with clients
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation
  • Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages desirable
Career Progression

Senior Client Services Associates typically progress to Client Solutions Manager roles after achieving specific qualitative goals, where they are responsible for their own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
