About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Client Solutions to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality client projects.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong academic record.
