Culinary Operations Lead

About the Role:
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Manage staff performance, providing training and coaching to enhance skills and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and computer programs
