Daish's Hotels is seeking a seasoned Head of Culinary Operations to lead our kitchen team and drive our culinary vision. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies that align with our company goals.

The salary for this position is £34,164 per annum, based on 45 hours per week, working up to 6 days per week, with incremental and performance pay reviews, as well as a quarterly bonus if targets are met. We offer continuous all year-round employment, without closing for winter months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies that align with company goals
  • Manage inventory, menu planning, and staff supervision
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
