Join our dedicated team as a Healthcare Administrator, supporting our ophthalmology clinics at Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. This dynamic role offers a 40-hour workweek, spanning 5 days, including weekends on a rotational schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage clinic diaries to optimize patient appointment bookings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and clinic staff inquiries, providing accurate information and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical governance initiatives.
  • Implement clinic cancellation procedures as instructed.
  • Reinstatement of cancelled clinics and rebooking of affected patients.
  • Adjustment of clinic schedules to accommodate training, staffing, or operational needs.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly clinic schedules.
  • Analysis of clinic data to inform optimization strategies and meet utilization targets.
  • Identification and escalation of potential wait time issues to the Service Manager.

Core qualifications include GCSE Maths and English, proficiency in Office 365 tools, and exceptional communication skills.
